Be a part of History! Come join us in beautiful Fort Pierce for the 3rd Annual Half Marathon and 5K. Run, jog, or walk this incredible course designed specifically to take in the historical and photographic characteristics of Fort Pierce. Starting in old Downtown Fort Pierce, the course passes waterside parks and sites dating to the late 19th century before traveling up and over South Bridge down to the jetty. Run along the beautiful shoreline observing many local establishments that make Fort Pierce what it is today. A picturesque finish back in the heart of Fort Pierce gives way to a celebration for all finishers, volunteers, and spectators including food, music, prizes, and mimosas!!! We look forward to seeing you, all the while raising money for local charities, including the Lions Club, the Hands Clinic, and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Committee to renovate the historic Lincoln Theatre in Fort Pierce.
Come over to our Fort Pierce Lion's Facebook page and see the sights from our 2018 race! We have a large collection of photos including all of the events from the race. From runners coming to pick up their packages and goodie bags, our beautiful race, and the after party for all runners, family, and the wonderful volunteers that helped to make the race happen. We hope that our collection for our 2019 race will be bigger with more runners! Thank you for visiting our website and we hope that you will be joining us for our 2019 Half Marathon and 5K!
Hello everyone, and thank you for running in this year's 5K and half marathon. As we are at the after race portion of the event, we still are hoping to have a few updates coming in. We are seeing people are wanting to see their results posted on the website and there are some people who did not receive their rewards. If you have not received your placement award, please contact the head of the race at firstname.lastname@example.org. I am currently trying to get a hold of the placements so that they will be posted on this front page as soon as possible. Thank you and I hope to be updating soon!
